Yes. All our products FDA-approved.

Do you require a prescription?

Keep in mind that we may require a prescription for some medications presented on our website. At the same time, many of our products can be purchased over the counter. In any case, we recommend that you consult your doctor before ordering any drugs from us.

How do you ship orders?

We ship orders using 2 delivery methods at the moment. The fastest option is express courier service (5 – 9 days (max. 14 days). The packages sent via express courier service are trackable. The second option is regular airmail service (14 – 21 days, max.30 days). The packages sent via regular airmail service can NOT be tracked.

How much is shipping?

The shipping rates depend on the delivery option you opt for: $10 (regular airmail) or $30 (express courier).

Do you ship around the globe?

We ship to most worldwide countries. Some exceptions however occur.

Will my order be sent confidentially?

Sure. We will send your order in an opaque package without any inscriptions. Nobody will learn what you have ordered.

What if the package arrives damaged/with the wrong contents?

In this case, you should contact us immediately. We will either send you a new package free of charge or give you a refund. Please note that large orders may be sent in several packages and may arrive on different days.

What if my order has not arrived at the expected time?

You can track the current status of your order using a tracking number (if you opted for express courier shipping). If you chose standard airmail shipping then please keep in mind that it could take up to 30 days for your parcel to arrive. If the parcel does not arrive within this term, please contact your local postal office. If they do not have your parcel, get in touch with us and we will resend your order FREE of charge or give your money back.

How can I order medication from your website?

The whole ordering procedure is online. Choose the drug you want to order. Then you choose the number of pills and the correct dosage. Proceed to the checkout. Fill in the order details required, check all the fields and submit your order. Then you should see a notification on the screen and receive an order confirmation message sent to your e-mail.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after it has been placed unless we have not shipped it already.

Can I check the status of my order online?

Yes, you can check your order status online provided that you have opted for express courier delivery.

What payments do you accept?

You can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and E-Checks.
